Privacy Policy

Last reviewed: 25 August 2026. This is a plain-language draft prepared for the launch of this site. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer — please have it checked before relying on it legally.

This policy explains what information ATR TECHNOLOGIES ("we", "us") collects when you use atrtech.com.ng, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers this website only.

What we collect

We only collect information you type into the contact form and send to us. That is:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number, if you choose to provide it
• The service you selected, if any
• The message you wrote

We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site, and we do not set cookies to profile you. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (including IP addresses) for security and abuse prevention; we use your IP address only to limit how many times the contact form can be submitted in a short period.

Why we collect it

To read your message and reply to you, and to keep a record of enquiries so we can follow up properly. We do not use your details for marketing, and we do not send newsletters unless you explicitly ask us to.

Where it goes

Your submission is stored in our database (hosted by Supabase) and sent to us by email (delivered by Resend) so we see it promptly. Both are service providers acting on our behalf. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else except where we are legally required to.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as they are useful for the working relationship — normally no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you — and then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email attractenterprise@gmail.com and we will action it. There is nothing to pay, and you do not need to give a reason.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and access to the enquiry records is restricted to the site owner. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send passwords, bank details, or other sensitive information through the contact form.

Children

This site is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the "last reviewed" date at the top of this page.
